CAM (Controlled Ankle Movement) Walkers, also known as Moon Boots, are a medical device used to restrict movement in the foot and ankle and offload pressure areas in the foot. Used as a substitute for plaster casts as they are removable, more hygienic and more comfortable. The rocker bottom platform of the sole means they are much easier to walk in and often do not require crutches.
